Copart’s Total Loss Express + PhotoWrite® is an estimate and valuation inspection tool for ‘early tow’ vehicles.
- Seller simply requests DTLE be completed at time of assignment to Copart
- Copart picks up the vehicle and completes evaluation/condition report and photo documentation
- Copart sends the photos and documentation to Comsearch with conditioning note
- Comsearch licensed staff writes the appraisal, complete: a UPD report (if warranted), an evaluation, a Copart pro-quote, and NADA book value
- Comsearch submits conditioning, options, UPD adjustments to valuation service companies like CCC, AudaExplore and Mitchell
